Holiday Rates apply for Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, and weekends when special events take place (e.g Jeep the Mac). Rates subject to change at any time, most up to date rates can be found on our reservation site.
Extra Guests
Campground rates are for 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests should be paid for upon arrival. Daytime visitors are not charged a fee, but must leave by 9 pm. Maximum of 8 guests per site at any time. Maximum of 4 adults per site.

Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds are honored 30 days prior to arrival date for campsite reservations to original payment method, less a $20.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days, but greater than 14 days from your arrival date; you will receive a refund in the form of a credit for use within the next year, less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Absolutely NO refunds if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival date.
All rentals and campsites are based on a family, two adults and two children under the age of 18. We do permit up to two extra adults for a fee. Four adults and eight total guests is the maximum for all sites and rentals.
Campground Rules
The following rules are intended to provide an enjoyable family camping experience for you and your neighbors. Parents are expected to inform their children of these rules and are responsible for their supervision. Violation of these rules could mean early departure without a refund.
General Policies & Information
- Facility Use – Bathhouse and laundry facilities are for Trailhead guest use only. The dump station may only be used by Trailhead guests. No exceptions!
- Camp Site Use – Camp sites are intended to be used as defined below.
– Tent sites are only permitted to have 1 tent. Additional accessory structures such as a gazebo/canopy are also allowed, but should not encroach on surrounding sites.
– RV sites are permitted to have only 1 RV and up to 1 additional tent or accessory gazebo/canopy structure. Be sure to be mindful of your neighbors if you choose to set up a tent or gazebo alongside your RV. -
Alcohol – This is a Family park and the use of alcohol is limited to your own site and should not be brought into any of our common areas.
- Quiet Hours – 10pm until 8am. Please turn off exterior lighting when you retire for the evening. Children under 16 must be back at their own site by 10pm.
- Video Monitoring – Property and Buildings are monitored by video surveillance. Anyone that chooses not to abide by our rules and posted signs will be asked to leave.
- Speed Limit – 5 mph. Car tag must be hanging on your mirror with date/site visible at all times in the campground. Motorcycles and ATVs/UTVs are to be used for in and out travel only.
- Personal Conduct – Offensive music, vulgar language and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. Smoking and vaping are permitted only on your site. Do not walk through other sites. Always keep to the roads, sidewalks and paths.
- Parking – Sites may not have more than 1 or 2 cars depending on the size of your RV. All others must park in overflow parking areas. DO NOT park on empty sites. If you have questions on where you should park, please ask inside the restaurant.
- Vehicle Washing – Washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited.
- Garbage – Please bag your garbage and use dumpster nearest to your site. Household garbage only! Do not dispose of furniture, refrigerators, large appliances, etc in our dumpster.
- Campfires – Outside firewood is not allowed. Firewood is available for purchase at the restaurant. Do not stack firewood on the grass and do not cut down trees or bushes. Fires are allowed only in designated firepits and must be attended. Campfires should not be used to dispose of cans,
- Lake Use – No swimming allowed in the lake! No motor operated (gas or electric) vessels are permitted. Kayaks allowed at their own risk. Riding ATV’s near the lakes edge is NOT ALLOWED!
Check-in/Check-out & Hours
- Check-in: 1 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper.
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years.
- Guests aged 18 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $20. Please contact us to inquire about availability.
- Two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available for $20. Please contact us to inquire about availability.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be leashed and contained on your site. Do not leave your pet outside unattended.
- Do not tie pets to trees or use in ground stakes to secure your pet.
- If your pets are aggressive or out of control, we will ask you to immediately remove them from the campground.
- Pets must be leashed while walking around campground. Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse, restaurant, or any building on site. Pets are allowed on the outdoor patio at the restaurant.
- You MUST clean up after your pet. Failure to immediately pick up waste may result in removal from the campground without refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
- We allow full refunds (less a $20.00 cancellation fee) for cancellations up to 30 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations. Refund is returned to original payment method. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days, but greater than 14 days from your arrival date; you will receive a refund in the form of a credit for use within the next year, less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.

Prohibited Items
- Fireworks
- Chinese lanterns
- Kiddie pools, slip and slides, bounce houses
- Sleeping tents, day tents and play tents. Tents may only be used on designated sites and cannot be used on RV sites.
- Clotheslines (You may use a rack built into your RV or laundry facilities are available in the clubhouse. DO NOT wash dog bedding, doormats or muddy items in our machines.)
- Hammocks (unless on a ground stand)
- Weapons of any kind including: guns, airsoft, pellet, paintball, or otherwise must remain securely stored inside your vehicle/RV and may not be used or discharge in the campground.
